Xyngular Named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces

 Xyngular has been named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2018! This is the publication’s third annual ranking of the 500 highest employee-rated companies in the private sector.

“Xyngular has taken pride in becoming one of the best places to work, and while we have great perks like medical and dental insurance, unlimited PTO, annual bonuses, profit sharing, gym memberships, free running shoes – it’s our company culture that really fuels our workplace environment,” said Staci Heard, Xyngular’s senior director of human resources. 

Xyngular is one of 500 honorees chosen from among 1,800 nominated companies. Inc Magazine’s 500 Best Workplace rankings are determined based on satisfaction surveys distributed to employees. The list is a wide-ranging measurement and ranking of fast-growing private American companies that have created excellent workplaces through employee engagement and offering exceptional benefits. Xyngular is one of seven companies selected from the state of Utah.

Xyngular continues to receive rewards as it was recently selected as a Utah Business Best Companies to Work For in 2017, was named as a 2018 Best Places to Work in Direct Selling from Direct Selling News as well as Xyngular’s CEO Russ Fletcher being named as a EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

Employees at Xyngular have long praised the company for its excellent workplace, earning it a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Glassdoor. “I've been with this company for almost two years and have loved every moment of it,” writes one employee. “The executives even know you by name. Love the culture and environment.” Another Xyngular employee writes, “The company values work-life balance and is dedicated to developing employees. The culture is amazing and the employees are all great to work with. The company cares about its employees and customers and it shows in the continued growth of the company.” In an additional review, an employee reports enjoying “The culture, the transparency, the trust, the respect, the pay, the personal development opportunities, and so much more” at Xyngular.

The 2018 Inc. Best Workplaces ranking was determined through an analysis of benefits offered and employee responses to a 30-question survey. All employees, including full- and part-time, are invited to participate, though partners and owners did not. To qualify for consideration, each company had to have high enough employee response to achieve a statistically significant response rate. All applicants had to have a minimum of ten employees and to be privately and independently held in the United States.
