Pumpkin pie—love it or hate it, it's a traditional part of Thanksgiving and the holiday season.
Now, odds are, if you're still reading you're a pumpkin pie fan (like me)! You probably wish pumpkin pie was around all year long. You count down the days until Pumpkin Spice Latte season rolls around. That sweet, rich filling, the buttery crust, the gentle warmth of the spices...who wants pie?!
Now, even though pumpkin IS a vegetable, pumpkin pie is definitely not a salad.
Which got us thinking—what if we could get that pumpkin pie flavor in a better-for-you format, so we could enjoy it more than just a few times guilt-free?

Introducing the Pumpkin Pie Lean Shake!
Just in time for Thanksgiving, this quick shake featuring Lean Vanilla is a great way to mix up your morning routine, and is an awesome solution for the next time you're craving that extra slice of pie.
- 2 C ice
- 8 oz. almond milk
- 1 scoop Lean Vanilla
- 2 drops of vanilla extract/flavoring
- 1-2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
- 1 low-fat graham cracker
- Add ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
- Covering with lid, blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Pour into glass or shaker bottle, best enjoyed immediately.
