Jack-o’-Lantern in a Jar

Halloween just isn’t Halloween without a little bit of pumpkin in your life. This shake brings the flavors of October 31, all while keeping it healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon organic stevia

1 scoop Lean

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 banana

6-8 ice cubes

Directions:

Add ingredients together and blend until smooth. If needed, add more stevia to taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Trimstix stick pack

16 ounces heavy whipping cream

Directions: 

Mix heavy cream according to package. Add Trimstix until well combined. Chill for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

Can be used as a whipped frosting.

Chocolate Cauldron Cupcakes

Get your chocolate fix with these delicious and low-carb cupcakes. These cupcakes will make your mouth water and help you get through Halloween without any scares.

Ingredients:

Cupcakes:

3/4 cup almond flour

3 whole eggs

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon stevia

1 scoop Lean Meal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting:

16 ounces heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon stevia

1 scoop Lean Meal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Mix cupcake ingredients together in a bowl, then pour into cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Bake for 20-30 minutes

Combine frosting ingredients together in a mixer and place in fridge to chill.

Let cupcakes cool before adding frosting and enjoy!
